Coverage
Our routes span nine provinces, two cross-border corridors, and an Edmonton last-mile zone covering 40+ communities — all tracked from one system.
Our primary hub sits in Edmonton's northwest industrial corridor, chosen for its direct access to both the Yellowhead Highway (Hwy 16) and the QEII — two of the busiest freight arteries in Western Canada. From that hub, we dispatch on fixed weekly lanes to Vancouver, Calgary, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal. Secondary lanes to Halifax, Victoria, and Kelowna operate on a bi-weekly schedule with advance booking. Our cross-border corridor runs Edmonton-Calgary-Great Falls-Seattle, with a second US entry point through the Emerson crossing into North Dakota. Transit time estimates for all active lanes are published in the client portal and updated whenever carrier schedules change.

“We supply building materials to contractors across three provinces and the Novaespark lane structure finally gave us reliable weekly delivery commitments. Before this, we were managing four separate carriers. Now it's one call, one tracking view.”
Priya Sandhu, Procurement Lead, Edmonton
Within the Edmonton metro area and adjacent communities, Novaespark operates a dedicated last-mile fleet with timed delivery windows. The current last-mile zone covers Edmonton proper, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Leduc, Beaumont, Stony Plain, and Fort Saskatchewan — a combined population footprint of over 1.4 million. Deliveries within this zone are scheduled in two-hour windows between 08:00 and 20:00, Monday through Saturday. If your business requires Sunday delivery capability, our team can discuss a dedicated route arrangement based on minimum weekly volume. Real-time tracking notifications are sent to recipients automatically — reducing inbound customer service calls for your team.
